Samantha Wilcoxson is an author of emotive biographical fiction and nonfiction featuring history’s unsung heroes. After beginning her career writing about Elizabeth of York, Samantha is excited to return to the era with a trilogy featuring women of the Wars of the Roses for Sapere Books. Her other works include two biographical works of nonfiction published by Pen & Sword History, including her most recent book release, a biography of James Alexander Hamilton, son of America’s controversial first Treasury Secretary. She has also written biographical novels of American Revolution soldier Nathan Hale and radium girl Catherine Wolfe Donohue. Samantha serves as an administrator for the Historical Writers Forum and has participated in several of their published short story anthologies.

When not reading or writing, Samantha loves exploring new places with her family, hiking, and spending time by the lake with a glass of wine. She and her husband of thirty years split their time between Michigan and Florida but are always up for an adventure that leads somewhere unexpected. You can follow Samantha via her website.
