We are thrilled to announce that we have signed two new instalments in the Legion of the Damned Roman Thrillers by Jeff Jones: action-packed, authentic historical military adventures set in Ancient Rome.
Here, Jeff tells us what to expect from the latest instalments:
“It’s been a whirlwind two and a half years since I first signed up with Sapere Books, during which time the first four books in my Legion of the Damned series have been published, with the fifth instalment, Tides of Blood, due for publication later this year. Now I am delighted to announce that Sapere Books have contracted another two books in the series.
“From the very start I knew I’d found the right home for these books, with everyone at Sapere being enthusiastic and supportive. I have learned so much from them and believe I am a better writer for it.
“So, what’s in store for Centurion Corvo and his men? Well, I can’t give too much away, but book six will see The Damned back in Rome, where they will have to adapt to face a new type of enemy. In book seven they will find themselves undertaking their most dangerous mission yet on the empire’s eastern border.”
